Dr. Patrick M. Capone

Dr. Capone is board certified in Neurology. He completed medical school and his residency at State University of New York in Buffalo. Additionally, Dr. Capone completed his fellowship at Dent Neurologic Institute.

His special interests include diagnostic imaging of the nervous system, acute intervention of stroke, headache, pain syndromes and movement disorders.

John Choi, MD, MPH

Dr. John Choi

Dr. Choi is board certified in Neurology, Vascular Neurology, Neuroimaging and Neurorehabilitation. He completed medical school at Hahnemann University in Philadelphia and his residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Dr. Choi also completed an additional fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine.

His special interests include stroke, seizures, movement disorders, headache, child neurology and multiple sclerosis.

Neil W. Crowe, MD

Dr. Neil W. Crowe

Dr. Crowe is board certified in Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology. He completed both medical school and an additional fellowship at the University of Kentucky. His residency was completed at Wake Forest University.

Dr. Crowe’s special interests include seizure disorders, stroke, multiple sclerosis, headache, sleep disorders, neuroimaging, EMG and nerve conduction studies.

Mariecken Fowler, MD

Dr. Mariecken Fowler

Dr. Fowler is board certified in Neurology. She completed medical school and a fellowship at the University of Virginia. Her residency was completed at the Mayo Clinic.

Dr. Fowler’s special interests include dementia, movement disorders, memory loss, concussion, dizziness, vertigo and mild cognitive impairment.

Katherine H. Gustin, MD

Dr. Gustin is board certified in Neurology. She completed medical school at the Medical College of Virginia. Her residencies were completed at Riverside Regional Medical Center, Medical Center Hospital of Vermont and Berkshire Medical Center.

Dr. Gustin’s special interests include carotid ultrasound, epilepsy and headache.

Paul D. Lyons, MD, PhD

Dr. Lyons is board certified in Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology. He completed medical school at the University of Alabama, Birmingham. He completed his residency and fellowship at the University of Virginia.

Dr. Lyons’s special interests include adult and pediatric epilepsy, clinical neurophysiology, autism, sleep disorders and epilepsy surgery.
